(NMES) is a technique for stimulating weak/paralyzed muscles with electrical impulses. It can improve muscle strength, range of motion, blood flow, muscle spasms, motor function, functional recovery, and disuse atrophy. NMES will not cause visible muscle contractions and is not a cosmetic device.
The Balego EMS Digital has three output mode options: constant, synchronous, and alternate. Wide ranges of parameters controlled by press buttons make it very easy for the physical therapist to create a new program.
