Is this memory compatibile with this motherboard? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157363 I think it is not since it is not on the support list, butbetter to check it. Thank you in advance

This memory will work although it does not appear that ASRock tested it, ASRock has this motherboard's spec on line and shows various vendors of memory they test with. I have an ASRock moterboard that did not show this memory and works great with it!

I have this memory and like the fact it has the heat fins on it so it keeps heat away from the CPU. Also with the Samsung SSD EVO 840 drive, getting 2 of these memory modules has allowed me to enable RAPID mode which keeps temporary files and storage running in memory making the OS perform very fast. The motherboard you picked out has XRam feature which is nice and with this high performance memory, should make surfing Internet fast and if you configure a page file, you could configure it to all run in memory rather than disk.

I would like to know if this memory is compatible with a Dell XPS 435 desktop computer?
I have six memory slots. that would be 2400gbs.

I personally have no idea but dell should specify the exact memory for that machine.  Also you might call dell and ask them.
