Are the fans 3 or 4 pin?

Rotten auto-correct. I'll just type this. It has both however the fans are 4 pin that are on-board with the included fans. There is a separate fan power header, adapter on the opposite side of the motherboard tray. You can connect either 3 or 4 pin connectors to the fan header/adapter. For convenience be quiet!has an SATA connector which goes to the power header/adapter. Lesson learned... never trust auto-correct with your spoken word in a quasi noisy environment.

Is this the Pro model with the Qi charger? The link on Google said it was but the page itself does not.

No, this model does not include the Qi charger. The Qi charger is included with the Dark Base Pro with the side glass panel with LED strips only.

What size HDD does this case support? I'm looking for a 3.5 is this it?

Yes, of course.  You can put at least seven 3.5" hard drives in this case.
