can you switch which direction the front door hinges open?

yes the door can be switched to open left or right. HOWEVER, the dark base pro 900 rev 2 has serious flaws in regards to cable management.  also, if you are planning to use the case for intertainement aspects like bluray movies, or if you have a preference to use a bluray burner you can forget any chance at watercooling.  watercooling in this case with a reservoir stops custom loop coolers and i do NOT recommend ANY AIO on the market.  basically what im saying is if you plan on running somethign like me ( threadripper) then you should look at alternate offerings.  also dont be mislead the "be quiet" is a gimmick.  this case is NO quieter than my old thermaltake XASER IV case.  so as an actual owner of the case i guess im saying look for an alternative this case isnt all that.  the Qi charger although a nice feature is practicaly useless because if your phone is in a case ( as most Qi compatible phones are) you would have to remove it from the case any time you wanted to plop the phone on the Qi charger, and the fast charge port is nice but seriously most people already have a wall fast charger so it to is practically useless.  i point this out again if you have any games that require disk to play ( like older versions of real flight) , or any other game that requires disk to be in the system to play you are SOL if you plan to do custom loop because custom loop and optical drive just wont fit together and in some custo loops you would also have to omit the psu shroud

Yeah, this case can handle basically anything you throw at it, but it is a massive pain to setup. There are so many components to unscrew and taking the mobo tray out was super annoying.
