Will it work for an LGA 1150 socket mobo?

I used on an LGA 1151, so I think the answer is yes.  I have tried 3 different coolers lately, this one was not bad once I figured out the fan stays.  Just ordered two more for my next two builds.

Can i install this on an MSI z97 PC Mate?

This should come with the brackets for 1150 motherboards. I installed 3 of these in different 1150 systems a year ago with no issues.

Does this include the clips needed to add a second fan?

It does not.  That being said, you might be able to get in touch with Be Quiet! to see if there's a way to get a hold of a second set, as technically you CAN mount a second fan on it.  I'm not certain you'd gain much in terms of performance, and would definitely make the solution louder... plus at that point with the cost of the additional fan and potentially the clips, you may as well get a larger heat sink or a 120 mm AIO if your case can accommodate it.

Will I have to buy a Upgrade kit to use it on A ASRock Z170M PRO4S?

This cooler is compatible with all LGA 1151 motherboards. So you are good to go.

Does this come with AM4 Bracket Now that its halfway through 2017???

This sounds like a question that either Newegg or BeQuiet could answer. Previous purchasers bought the cooler before Ryzen launched. Keep in mind though that the AMD coolers - Wrath Stealth, Wraith Spire, and Wraith max - have respective TDPs of 65, 95, and 140 watts and are generally good performers. This cooler would not be much of an upgrade over the AMD bundled Wraith coolers IMO.

How's the RAM clearance? Any interference?

Depends on your motherboard layout, the orientation of the heatsink you choose, and what side you clip the fan on. You could possibly have RAM clearance issues with tall RAM heatspreaders if you decide for a right to left orientation (airflow-wise) and put the fan on the right side of the heatsink.

Yes, it will work on any AM4 motherboard, though Ryzen has a hard time getting above 2400Mhz clock on the RAM.  It does not need any upgrade kit, though I would make sure that your CPU cooler won't have a clearance issue.

How well would this cooler work with the amd fx 8320 at stock clock? Could it keep temps underneath 60c comfortably?

I'd say you are fine if you don't plan to Overclock, sure. It'll do the job just fine.
