Will this also conflict with my Corsair Vengeance RGB memory?

it depends on what motherboard you are using. I would be surprised if any mini-ITX boards would work with this cooler and said RAM. There might be enough room if you are using an ATX or mATX board, but again, each board has sockets and ram slots in different places.

Will this:
Fit in my Antec P50 case?
Work with an Intel i7 7700k if I do NOT overclock it?

After careful research this is what I have found and you can do the same as well by visiting the proper websites for each component.

The Antec P50 reports a maximum CPU cooler 130mm Height clearance.

The Dark Rock TF reports having 130.8 total height without mounting material. Which means it will be higher after installation of brackets and/or dependent upon motherboards dimensions.

No room for the cooler to even breath (observe fan placement) at these specs let alone fit. Notice the fan placement is top to bottom air flow instead of side to side.

According to Intel support website the i7-7700K processors Thermal Design Power is at 91 watts idle 4.2 Ghz. So with the Dark Rock TF 220w limit this seems to be not a problem with overclocking to even 4.7 as Turbo is already 4.5.  With 129 watt TDP headroom available one might think that idle speeds and overclocking speeds will present no problems for performance and longevity.

Let me state that I do not guarantee or approve overclocking to anyone but myself. Individual builder please use your own discretion.

Even with all of the correct information available there are times when it just fits for some quantum metaphysical reason. Some builders just get the components and find a way to make things Fit so to speak which might involve some intense modding.  But I personally always go by what the manufacturer has stated because I am not much of a modder.

Yes, this heat sink comes with a universal mount kit for both AMD & Intel CPUs. It is effective up to 225 watts with both fans attached.

can it cool down an over clocked cpu?

First, over clocked CPU's performance means impulses of heat (transient) part is a non-issue  as it is so fast, only larger power counts --because heat sink is slow. This heat sink can take out the increased power and the larger fan dissipate the heat away from memory sticks. I use two for cooling 22 cores CPUs running 70% harder without any issue.please think about the  case cooling if you over clock. -sa

Be quiet will send you an AM4 mounting kit for free. Just go to their website and fill out the form and attach your motherboards invoice. It's working great on my R5 1600.

I have MSI MEG Z490 UNIFY LGA 1200 ATX motherboard. The website specs says this fan will fit my intel 1200, but the included instructions do not show the 1200 as a compatible socket. Can someone confirm this will fit a 1200 socket? Thank You

The be Quiet! Fans included with this cooler don’t have their screw holes in the same places as most fans, so you would have to get creative when trying to attach a different fan than the ones that came with it. But hey, it’s nothing a little ingenuity and a bunch of zip-ties can’t fix!

Question 8

What is the Height of this processor? anyone know? I'm trying to get it so I can use both side case fans again rather then just one because the cpu cooler is WAY to damn tall.
