How difficult is the assembly? Do you need any special tools?
Assembly is very simple and usually takes only 5-10 minutes to complete. We provide detailed graphic instructions and installation videos, and all accessories are included in the packaging without the need for additional tools.
How to make height adjustment smoother?
Before adjusting, gently pull out about 1 inch (2–3 cm) of extra power cord from the bottom of the pole. This releases any internal tension. Then the telescopic pole will move up and down smoothly. Always use gentle, even pressure.
