No worries — your heated blanket may have automatically shut off due to overheat protection, a built-in feature designed to enhance safety. To help extend product lifespan, please remove heavy items from the blanket and lay it flat during use
What should I do if an “F” error code (such as F1, F2, F3, etc.) appears or the controller screen goes black?
1. Keep the controller uncovered and away from heat sources.; 2. Reconnect the power cord and coupler.; 3. Use a 120V AC outlet and restart the blanket.
