Does this a have an OS system already installed? Can I have the memory upgrades installed before receiving?

Can confirm that it DOES ship with an OS, but it would have been nice to have had that in the description before I went and bought a Product Key (not knowing any better). It only says in the description that it's COMPATIBLE with Win 11--not that it SHIPS with it installed (as of this writing).

The Beelink EQR5 Mini PC is compatible with Windows 11 Pro.
