Does this come with the $100,000 Connected Equipment Warranty?  Does it come with the 2 day shipping?

Yes, it does come with the $100,000 warranty. No need for any registration of the sort. The 2-day shipping is only through either Newegg Premier (I think) or if you have a subscription to Shoprunner. Mine arrived with 2-day shipping because I had a trial subscription to Shoprunner.
