does this product support USB3.0 connectivity? Also, I presume USB means USB both in and Out, is that correct?

I was really happy with my first one. It worked well for over four years. We experience power outages, fluctuations, and spikes frequently at our shop. It finally took its toll. I replace it with the same model. This new model doesn't work anything like the original. I can't get my computer to recognize my logitech keyboard or mouse through the news switch box. I'm basically using it to switch my monitor between a work station and the server. I have a seperate mouse and keyboard plugged in for the server now. Now very happy with the new one. Not sure if it's compatible with the USB 3.0.
