Please keep the window & door closed when it’s running. The air inlets on the left and outlets on the right sides might be blocked, please ensure that they are unobstructed.

BeOkay dehumidifier featrures an auto stop function. If the dehumidifier is used in an unsuitable environment (e.g., excessive humidity), it may activate its auto stop protection and stop operating. In such cases, please check the dehumidifier's condition: ensure the power cable is connected correctly, the control unit and water tank are properly assembled, and the machine is not tilted.
