I don't have a dvd/bluray drive on my pc would this be a major issue or is there ways to get around it?

Aside from using an external drive, the latest three games (Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim) are on Steam, and there's a code in the box set for them. You should be able to get those three without a drive, but the earlier two games (Arena and Daggerfall) I don't think you will.

There is a Steam code in the box that you need to install Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim from the DVDs.

When you enter the Steam code, Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim will show up in your Steam library. If you want to, you can install it through Steam by downloading them.

Arena and Daggerfall both play from DOS emulators and are not connected to Steam.

Are a the elder scroll games for pc in this collection?

Yup, This is actually a PC only collection. If you are a fan of the Elder Scrolls series, this is most certainly an item you will want to obtain. It is quite interesting to see the change in the series from the first entry "Arena" to the latest "Skyrim".

is this cd or dvd discs?

A mix of both actually. The first three are on CDs, the last two on DVDs, but there is also a Steam Key, assuming your optical drives aren't working. If you register the key (Which may be required for Skyrim), you can just directly download them without the discs, though this would take longer than just installing from them.

Is this product region bound (not playable outside certain countries, e.g. Sweden)?

As far as I know it's not region locked, with the possible exception of Skyrim. Skyrim requires Steam, though after a quick search it doesn't seem to be locked; however, it may be english only without the use of mods. I hope this helps.
