What does 3/4 Pin Power Connector Mean?  I need a 3 pin.  Will this work?

I'll start by just simply answering your question directly. Yes, these fans will work for you. The rest is just info and praise for the fans. The BitFenix fans have a 3 pin connector that attaches directly to the motherboard. They also come with a converter that connects the 3 pin fan connector to 4 pin Molex if you don't have enough fan connectors on your motherboard. This is a little irrelevant to your question, but just as a FYI heads up. These fans also have a 2 pin plug for the LED lights. You can leave it connected for "always on", disconnected for "always off", or add an in line switch to have control of the lights, on or off. These are great fans. I have a HAF 932 and pulled all the stock fans and replaced them with these along with the 2 120mm fans for my CPU water cooler. I have 6 total fans (3 x 230mm, 1 x 140mm, 2 x 120 mm). They are reasonably quiet at speeds determined by my ASUS Sabertooth 990fx r2.0 and produce a nice amount of light to show off the tower inside and out without being obnoxious or annoying. They are nice fans. They cost a little more, but just having the better bearings that these fans use will help them to last longer. Compared to the Cooler Master fans that the BitFenix fans replaced IMO the BitFenix fans also appear to be constructed a little more durable as well. Although, the fans side by side look like they are not too distant cousins or even siblings to one another. They are great fans, you won't regret buying them for one second.

Question 2

Anyone know if these will work well behind a Corsair H100i water cooler (Push config)? I cant find if BitFenix has a differentiation like the Corsair SP/AF fans.

They would not be IDEAL. I bought these for my case for the looks, and while they were pretty, one of the cords melted and almost ruined my system. These are more for airflow than water coolers. I use the Corsair SP fans with my 100i now. If you're looking for green, I would still get them and then just paint the white swappable ring that comes with them.

How long is the cable between the fan to the 3-pin connector?

Unless the design has been changed in the last 2 years, 22 inches.
