Will a H100i fit in the top of this case? If so, will it fit with 2 GPUs?

You're correct. I found this out the hard way. After slotting in a second GPU I found that there is NO room for fans on top. I have 2xHDDs mounted to the bottom of the case, so no fans there. I have dual GPUs, so no fans on top of the system. Fact is, I only have the fan inside my power-supply, the giant fan/cooler on my CPU, and a 140mm fan on the back of the system.

If I wanted more cooling the only readily available option I have now is a 200mm, I believe, which can be mounted on the front-side of the case, under the faceplate.

Question 2

I really like this case and am willing to to take on the challenges that come with it. That being said, this is my first build. lol. But my real concern is the cooling setup. So what are some configurations you've tried/are using?

There's enough space for a aftermarket heatsink.  I was able to fit a Noctua NH-U12P in there with no problems.  I recommend having a pull (bottom) to push (top) setup.  I am using a total of 5 120MM fans and the system is relatively cool despite the small form factor.  60C on max load with a 3770k OCed at 4.5GHz.

I recommend switching the side panels due to the cabling.  Trust me on this, it makes your life much easier when it comes to opening the unit.

Question 3

Is it possible to mount fans in place of the grill on top? It might ruin the aesthetics a bit, but wouldn't that allow for two VGA and a radiator on top?

There's room for two 120mm underneath the grill, see pic 8 in the image gallery.

The lower pictures on this page are the Mini ATX case, the micro has the vertical power supply.

Question 4

Has anyone mounted a Corsair H90 on the back exhaust panel? If so, what kind of clearance is left for a fan on the bottom?

I've the H60 and it's quite snug in there. Not much room for play once you've orientated it- it needs some clearance because of the tubes and you can only really place it in 2 positions. With that in mind- I've mounted a 120 on the bottom, which is amazing considering the size and how tight everything is, but again, keep in mind there's really not much room left once you mount this.

can this fix a regular ATX psu? i would suppose it does.

Yes.  Another thing ot keep in mind is that you have to know your video card length as well as your psu length.
Video cards at 9.5inches or less will have 200mm of power supply clearance
Video cards at 11 inches or less will have 160mm of power supply clearance
Video cards at over 11 inches will have 150mm of power supply clearance.

I know the specs say it can fit 5 3.5" HDDs but I want to know from owners how accurate this is.  Any chance of fitting 6 3.5" HDDs in there?
