Does a normal ATX sized power supply fit in this?

Yes - power supplies that conform to the ATX standard will fit. However, from Bitfenix's website, different length graphics cards and different length power supplies might conflict.
Video cards at 9.5 inches or less will have 200mm of power supply clearance
Video cards at 11 inches or less will have 160mm of power supply clearance
Video cards at over 11 inches will have 150mm of power supply clearance.

Can you fit a full size Mobo in this?

No you cannot, it fits at the most a micro atx board, anything over that will not fit.

Not a removable one probably like you are thinking.  The top panel is removable, and the metal surfaces on it seem as if they would be quite easy to clean (although the black finish is not dust friendly but cleans easy).  Check out a great unboxing over on youtube by LinuxTechTips, thta is what sold me.

If you put a water cooling system with two 120mm fans on the top can you fit a dvd drive?

No, you could probably fit 1 120mm fan but not 2 with a DVD drive.  You might be able to pull it off if you used a slim drive and it fit in the bottom of the DVD bay.  I found a lot of issues with space when building my system.  First, I couldn't fit a DVD drive with 2 graphics cards because the DVD drive blocks the card slot.  That being said, I am running the new Corsair H75 Hydro Series water cooler.  It has 2 120mm fans but they fit on the same radiator front and back, then mounts where the rear case fan would go.  That solved that issue.  Now, I may end up just removing the DVD drive all together since most things are downloadable anyway.  I might just put in a card reader since they are much shorter.   Other things you might find annoying are that the power supply mounts inside and in the front of the case.  You can mount it with the PS fan pulling cool air into the case from the front or pulling hot air from the inside and then out through the bottom.  I'm still working on figuring out the best way air should flow in and out.  I think Bitfenix was eager to make the product for everyone who wanted it but just really didn't think about space and airflow all that much.  I used to have a Apevia X-Qpack2. It was a much smaller mATX case yet it had much better airflow and I had the perfect amount of space.  Hopefully this helps.

This case from the pictures appears to have a PSU however the description says it does not. I am not very familiar with Micro ATX mini cases nor what PSU form factor I would have to get if this doesn't include one. Does anyone know?

This Case does not come with a PSU. Any ATX Form-Factor PSU would suffice for this case. I'm currently using a Corsair AX 760. But, beware if your using a long graphics card, their might be fitment issues. In my opinion it only applies to Fully-modular Power Supplies, but I made everything fit well.

This case is pretty small, especially for a M-ATX Board. Although, this is only one opinion, with first-hand experience. this case was quiet a challenge to put together. The case itself is fine though. Near perfect actually. But, if the aesthetics tend to win you over, be ready to put in some elbow grease because its a tight squeeze.

P.S : I recommend Corsair or Seasonic PSU's, no extra long PSU's like the Hercules, but really.. a 1kW PSU in a M-ATX case? Sounds like an explosive device rather then a workstation/gaming rig. Lol

Will this case house a DVD drive?

Yes, but it is super tight. I ended up not using the drive, because it was interfering with cabling.  It may also block a slot on your board depending on what you are using. It is a great case though.

Would the BitFenix Prodigy Window Side Panel (BFC-PRO-300-KKWA-RP) fit with the original window of this Prodigy M ?

The short is yes but you'll be staring at the hard drive storage as it is mounted across the chassis. there are not hard drive cages but a tray where they mount.

Hello I had a question, will the CORSAIR AX series AX760 760W power supply fit this case?

Yes, corsair's web site says that it has the same dimensions as the RM 650 (which I have installed in my prodigy) if you are running an sli or crossfire set up the GPU can get a little close to the modular cables, so spacing can get a little tight with cabling for the card closest to the PSU, like 1/4 of an inch, depending on the GPU.

I cant seem to fit the Corsair H80i into this case...That is a bit upsetting but I guess I can settle for a standard heatsink fan for this build. Has anyone tried this?

My other prodigy M has the 240 and works really well =(

I personally used an H90 mounted to he back of the case. There is room for mounting top, bottom, and back that the tubing should reach. From their marketing photos on the Newegg page (if they're to be trusted) it looks like it should fit mounted in the rear. If it is a clearance issue I would say try different fan configurations around the radiator, maybe on higher static pressure fan rather than two. If the issue is that you can't make the mounting holes in the case line up with the mounting holes in the radiator you might be outta luck unless you can find or make an adapter (which could cause clearance issues). Would an EVGA Supernova 750 psu fit in this case?  Does the metal handle bar on that psu play a factor?

An EVGA Supernova 750 would most likely fit just fine. The metal handlebar should not be a factor. The PSU in this case is mounted in an "on its face" fashion. This means that the "top" fan of the PSU will face the front of the case and the side with the handlebar and power switch and power source connection will be facing the floor. I say the bar shouldn't be a problem since there's a good 3" or so of space under the PSU in mine.

The only thing I might be concerned with is the overall length of that PSU. It is 7.1 inches if I am not mistaken. If that is correct it should still fit but when the modular cables are connected there will be minimal space for cable routing, especially if you have an optical drive installed as I do. As I said before, I think it should work either way but just something to keep in mind for convenience.
