Will a full size PSU work in this?

Yes, a few will fit just fine. I personally have the Corsair HX650W.

Other niceties, XFX 280X Black Edition, 3770K, 16GB GSkill RAM, 2 2TB WD Green "Laptop" Drives, 2 Samsung 840Pro 256GB SSD's, Corsair H80i, 5 Fans (including Corsairs'), and Lighting to boot.

You can accomplish a ton in this small space. :)

Which PSU do you have in this case?

I use a NZXT 550W (model NP-1BM-0550A).

The only issue I had getting it in there was the obvious lack of space.  The PSU fit just fine by itself but the cables were right against the interior wall making it a very tight fit.  Had to force the unit in a bit and without the screws in place it likely would push itself out roughly an inch or so.

While a tight fit it wasn't uncomfortable to do.  I would say most ATX PSUs should fit in this model.

Indeed it will.  I'm currently using the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO with two very silent 120mm fans for pull/push cooling.  This a great CPU cooler and easily fits into the Bitfenix case.

first of its the motherboard that gonna have your ram requirements on it not the computer case.On your mother board i cant find it any were. as to weather it will fit no problems you will have to see if its a mini itx motherboard it should say some were.

I'm looking to build a computer for my sister, and I want something she could move easily by herself. About how much does this case weigh?

It weighs about 15.4 pounds empty, and I built a computer for my aunt in this. Although it is heavier than some cases, I feel the handles and relatively manageable size makes up for that and gives it easy maneuverability

As for watts, it depends on your components. As for size/dimensions I would focus on the PSU's length. I would not use a PSU longer than 150mm or 5-7/8 in. otherwise you will have trouble getting the PSU plate secured to the case and you might smash some power cables.

Will this case fit an 11.5 inch graphics card (the upcoming Asus 760 MARS ROG card)? If it will fit, would I lose any expansion options (HD cages, optical drive bays) by installing such a long card?

I fit a 7950 in my wife's, and there's enough room for my 780ti [but she's not getting it ; )  ]  I do believe it'll cost you the Optical bay.  Suggest an external drive or browse Corsair's M-ITX offering

Would I be able to fit either 2 RX 480's or a gtx 1070 into this case?

No you will not be able to fit 2 RX 480's in this case. This case is only for mini-ITX motherboards which only support 1 graphics card.  There is a second version of the Prodigy with a different interior configuration that allows for Micro-ATX motherboards, so in that scenario 2 RX 480's would probably be possible but I do not have personal experience with that particular model.

A Founder's Edition 1070 and most  other graphics cards will fit in this case easily. You need to remove one of two sets of internal drive cages, but then the case can house a card up to 317mm long.

Question 10

Does this version support a Micro-ATX Motherboard?

No, the case I have wouldn't support putting a Micro-ATX board in it. It barely has room for the ITX board on the MB tray.
(You can see this in the pictures of the case; if you look at the case pictures, the 5th one gives you a good look at the motherboard tray; the studs on it are at the outer edges of a mini-ITX board, so there's no space for a larger Micro-ATX board to wedge it's way in there).
This case is a great mini-ITX case, though, with lots of HD space and room for plenty of cooling. Just no room for a bigger mobo.
