A: The warm white version offers 2 modes: Single-Head Warm Light Mode and Dual-Head Warm Night Light Mode. Simply double-click the power button to switch modes.
Q2: How do Single-Head Warm Light Mode and Dual-Head Warm Night Light Mode differ after countdown?
A: Single-Head Warm Light Mode plays a soft chime when done. Dual-Head Warm Night Light Mode runs completely silently—the light simply fades out with no alert sound, ideal for bedtime use.
Q3: How do I operate the timer, such as pausing, resuming, or flipping it during a countdown?
A: Turning or flipping it upside down auto-flips the display without resetting or stopping. Short press the power button to pause, and short press again to resume timing.
Q4: Is the volume or brightness adjustable on this timer?
A: Currently, brightness and alarm volume are fixed and non-adjustable. They are carefully designed to provide a balanced audio and visual experience for daily use.
Q5: My timer stopped working after a few uses. Is it defective?
A: Not necessarily! It usually just needs to be recharged. Please plug it in via the USB-C cable for 3 hours. If charging doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our support team on for a quick exchange or solution.
