The unit is plugged in but cannot vacuum.
Ensure the lid is accurately closed and the opening end of the bag is correctly installed into the vacuum chamber. Check if the bag is punctured and if the foam sealing gasket is deformed or cracked.
Unit keeps sucking and then stops without sealing.
Please remove the gasket and put it back on the opposite side and try again with your hands pressing the lid to help the vacuum chamber to be airtightened.
The vacuum sealer won't turn on.
Make sure the power cord is not damaged and correctly plugged into the electrical outlet and appliance.

How to lock and unlock the machine?
To unlock the MegaWise Vacuum Sealer Machine, press both sides of the lid or the release buttons until you hear a click, indicating that the lid has been released, and then gently lift the top lid. To lock the machine, press down on the lid until you hear a click or feel it securely locked into place.

How to cut the bags?
To cut the bags, simply pull out the desired length of the bag and lay it flat under the cutter. Ensure proper alignment for a clean cut.

Using the Moist or Wet Food Type button
To vacuum and seal moist or wet products, remove any visible water and make sure the upper part of the bag is dry, especially where the heating element and silicone strip will clamp.

If your Megawise vacuum sealer machine isn't vacuuming or sealing well, remove the sealing foam gasket, flip it, and place it back. Make sure it lies flat without any uneven sides or holes. Flipping the foam gasket helps restore the sealing efficiency.
