10Gtek SFP+ DAC cable based on IEEE 802.3ae and MSA SFF-8472, SFF-8431, support 1~10G multi-rate communication and application such as 10G Ethernet, 8~10FC. SFP+ Copper Twinax cables are suitable for very short distances and offer a highly cost-effective way to connect within racks and across adjacent racks. SFP+ DAC cable which replaces two optical modules and a connectorized optical fiber with a twinaxial copper cable assembly offers the higher density, lower cost, and lower power 10 Gigabit Ethernet solution than other cable types such as 10GBASE-CX4 and CAT6/CAT6A 10GBASE-T.
