does it have a cooling fan?

Not that is noticable,. I am having issues with cables. Even the one it came with. 144hz at 4k is a tricky beast. I am getting artifacts, and screen black outside randomly. I have a 1080 ti. I will be writing a full review soon. Next 7 days or so.

How is the ghosting on this monitor? - With G-Sync enabled, and hardware(GTX 1080 Ti or better) to push the monitor over 100Hz?

With a 1080 ti you will rarely push 100+ fps on new titles. With that said, it is a very enjoyable experience . You need 3ft of eye to monitor space, closer, I experienced nausea.
