Very easy to set up and use2/10/2021 8:36:43 AM
Pros: Very beautiful, everything looks amazing in game. This monitor is super light, mounted it very well. Highly recommend this monitor to anyone for gaming.
Cons: Yes it’s 280hz, to be fair most games if not all games right now don’t support past 240z but it’s not the biggest deal.
Overall Review: I would recommend this monitor, it has a good price tag for a 280z monitor and I’ve had no problems so far.
Overall Review: I really like this monitor and it performs great. I'm using it at 280hz with 80 overdrive no GYSNC or ELMB, and it's perfect. The max overdrive 100 isn't worth using, you will see some noticable overshoot. If you enable ELMB overdrive settings are locked. I used both GYSNC and ELMB but really didn't notice any difference. Most the games I play I get high frame rate anyways. On the blurbusters ufo site, testing these options, they performed nearly the same. I only took off one egg cause my panel does have a single pixel stuck on greenish color close to the center of my screen. It's only noticable on black backgrounds. Scared to send it back cause most places are not in stock or waiting for a repair as I had already waited months for it's release.

really good5/22/2020 1:17:07 PM
Pros: it’s a great gaming pc so far it’s my second day using it and it is great picture looks great for competitive gaming and videos editing.
Cons: running 1ms and 280Hz might give you some ghosting but don’t get me wrong it’s still a great monitor
Overall Review: Overall it’s a really good purchase but if you are planning to use it for Ps4 or Xbox i wouldn’t recommend it since i experienced some ghosting.
Pros: - Pixel Response time keeps up with modern TNs.
- ELMB-sync is an amazing feature if you can tolerate its downsides (dimmer screen and slight input lag).
- 280hz looks just a tad nicer in motion than 240hz. Regardless of how small the difference is this is one of the major reasons I went with the ASUS version of their fast 240hz IPS displays.
- Price ofc.
Cons: - On paper slightly slower pixel response time than the latest TNs. Can't say from experience how that fairs but this one does well against my previous 240hz TN.
- No way to set monitor OSD presets to alternate between shooters and desktop use.
Overall Review: I've owned both the XL2546 and now this 280hz IPS alternative. If you want a monitor with both super-high refresh rate and performance as well as retaining some image then this is the monitor I would choose. If you want the absolute maximum in performance the most recent sub ms response time TNs would be more for you.
Pros: Lighting is great. This is the 3rd gaming monitor ive owned. This is by far one of the best. Super clean would highly recommend to anyone playing fps games. Great value picked it up for 299.
Cons: If your looking for a fancy box this is not your monitor.
Overall Review: Overall all built sturdy, one thumb screw completes it out the box. everything you expect to get out of asus it delivers.

Cons: it has a dead pixel in the screen in both of my monitors since i bought 2
Overall Review: get it in a shop not an online store for screaming out loud!!!

Highly recommend7/16/2020 1:55:37 PM
Pros: 1)Super smooth
2)Good features for the price
3)Highest refresh rate currently on the market
4)Great lighting options
5) cheaper than most monitors in its category
6) good build quality
7) super simple setup
Cons: 1)OSD is a little weird but still usable
2) turning off crosshair or FPS counter is not straight forward
3)navigation buttons are on the side instead of bottom (only annoying for multiple monitor setups)
Overall Review: Overall this is a great product and I highly recommend it to anyone who can afford it. I would advise you to only buy this monitor if your pc can push 280 FPS consistently
