Which graphics card do i need to use this monitor to its specifications?

For now, I'm using an Nvidia GTX 1660 Super to run this monitor and it performs well. Any video card upgrade will depend upon your motherboard. I'm considering an Nvidia card no higher than a 3070/4070 with more than 8 GB of RAM or an AMD Radeon high end video card depending upon cost and performance. Those are my personal choices based on facts and some popular video reviews.

This version of TUF monitor have speakers?

Yeah, but I don't think they're the greatest. Can hardly hear anything even at full volume. I didn't worry about it because I always use headphones. However, if I do end up watching things without headphones, I think I'll invest in some separate speakers.
