can I fit a full size graphics card in this case?

Yes and No.  The lid of the case is less than a 1/4" above the rear bracket.  If the top of the card is level with the bracket you are okay.... but if the video card's power plug is on top you're in trouble.... be sure it's on the rear of the card.  I like the case but i had to go with a 1/2 Video Card.

Question 2

Does this chassis include a rail kit? If not, what rail solution did you use for rack mounting this?

No rail kit included.  I briefly searched for a kit before i purchased.  didnt find one.  Not even sure there is enough clearance for a general kit.  i just mounted mine without one.  if u find a kit let me know.  i am already planning on grabbing 2 more if i can find a rail kit.

Question 3

Does it fit with a regular ps2 power supply?

I actually put in a standard ATX power supply in mine. However the power supply cooling fan is facing up towards the top cover. Probably not a good idea to do so, but so far it's still working. Crossing my fingers on that. I'm sure a PS2 will fit no problems.
