Will this let me control each individual fans rpm? Say I want 3 fans running at 1500 rpm, 2 fans running at 1200 rpm, 1 fan at 1100 rpm and 3 more fans running at 1000 rpm? Also when I connect the fans to the block, which fan header do I connect the block to on the motherboard to control the fans with the motherboards fan software?

I don't think so it uses 1 PMW 4 PIN header from your motherboard that you can change in bios but it changes all fans to same speed if you want to control them you need a fan controller or use all the 4 pin PMW headers you have and use a splitter say 2 at 1200 2 at 1500 and so on depending on how many 4 pin PMW you have . I use it to have a cleaner looking build I don't think having all them different speeds is going to make much difference but I'm running a custom water cooling loop hope this helps
