Question 1

How long is the cable? I'm interested in buying this product but the cable length could be a deal breaker if i don't think it's long enough.

Cord on this thing is way longer than you will ever need. Aprox 5 feet long, ive had to bunch up a foot or so with twist tie to keep it out of the way. Nice when you need to stand up and reach for something, just remember if it does not come with a install disk, like mine did not, goto the logitech website and download to install so you can get the surround sound.

Do not plug in till after you install, other than that its easy and worth the money.

Question 2

How much volume do these produce? When turned up to maximum are they too loud and need to be turned down? i have a pair and at full volume they are about a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10.

They are not very loud at all. The fact that they form to your head perfectly against your ears make it so they do not need to be loud anyway. I use to use these for everyday gaming to watching movies and listening to dubstep. I wish I still had these but my jerks cats chewed through the wires.

Question 3

Is it 7.1 surround? Or should i just get razer tiamat 7.1?

Believe it or not, it is. I purchased the rebuilt one in april and its like being in the theater. You just need to go to logitech website once you recieve it and download the software if the one you buy does not come with a disk as i had to.

Just remember in order to be surround sound 7.1 you need it to be connected to the usb that comes with it and then go into sound options in the windows control panel and select the logitech headset. Been awhile since I installed the software but i do beleive you should install the software before plugging the usb. Then plug in the usb when told, after that go to the win control panel and then your done.

Its the best money i have spent besides what i paid for my computer.

Is it safe to buy a refurbished product?, like the prize is way so cheap and im a little concerned about the quality, i have never bought refurbished products though

From newegg buying a refurbished product is as good as buying a new product.  I have purchased several refurbished products from newegg and have never been disappointed.  I have experienced an occasion when the product did not work properly and newegg has backed up their product 100%.  Newegg will go way past the extra mile to assure that their customers are happy whether it is a re-placement or a refund.  There is never any hassle.  The gaming headset [Logitech G430 USB Circumaural Surround Sound] that I purchased "refurbished" came as though brand new and has worked perfectly from the day I took it out of the box.  I am not ashamed to refer any one to newegg for any product because I have confidence in their company.

is the bass good like the g930 ?

It has a full sound but I don't own the g930 so I can't compare. If you have a big head though they tend to be tight and after a couple hours of wearing them you definitly want a break from them squeezing your head.

High I'm bit of a hygiene freak with headphones and wandering  are the ear pads replaced or what with a refurbished set?

They have not been used, they never made it out of the factory. They are basically brand new. Just with a refurbished title.

does this headset have same problem like G930 has?
what i found out is some G930 surround sound doens't work after some period. to fix, it's really complicated. I wonder if this headset has same problem

I bought mine (refurbished) recently and so far I am very pleased with it so far, the surround sound works fine for me and have no problems with the mic either I would highly recommend this but of course whether or not you buy it is up to you. Hope this helps!

I have a Sound card that support 7.1 Channels surround sound, Will I get 7.1 surround sound if I plug this headset to 3.5 jack through my sound card?

The headset itself should function normally with and without the sound card that comes with it enabling surround sound. While I have not tested this myself (might want to do a bit of digging) it should work through another sound card provided the jack is 3.5 and not usb.

I was wondering if this headset could be used for xbox 360 or xbox one consoles?

I have heard that it can work with consoles using the usb part that the headset comes with.

Is there a risk of missing parts with a refurbished product?

I had no issues of missing parts. It didn't have a disk for the headset but found it free on Logitech's website.
