I have 2 Samsung  S23C570H monitors. I have 1 connected with  VGA and the only other connector I can see on my computer is 2 displayport connectors. If i connected 1 monitor with the VGA and the other with this cable would I be able to run dual screen? Computer is Dell optiplex 9020 medium size.

I'm sure you can extend the screen through the Screen Resolution options. I'm running two monitors through this wire and my HDMI port.
