Can I get this in 200 ft ?

You'll be better off searching a different site for that product. Also, consider doing research on signal loss with cable length. At 200 feet, you will definitely have quality issues and should considering a boosting option. There are lots of companies available to purchase options from. Good luck in your search, but I didn't see an option at newegg for a 200 foot cable of this type.
