Is this microphone good enough to pickup voice from 2 to 3 feet distance?

I have not used it from a distance that far so I cannot answer that question.  It does pick up background noise easily though so using it in a very quiet environment is best.

is mic dynamic or condenser?

not sure. But I got it for twitch broadcasting and it does not do well around monitors and things that give off electrical buzz. Ie hooked up to a computer. It seems to be more for capturing instruments like guitars and should be plugged into a Mixer or soundboard.

by 5m im guessing you mean meters? The cable is just shy over 5 meters
