Question 1

Would a 3x5.25" to 1x120mm fan adapter work in this case to allow 2x120mm intakes on the front, one on either side?

This Chenbro case comes with a 120mm fan mounted on a removable enclosure on the left side.  It may be possible to purchase that same fan and enclosure and mount it on the right side - in place of the hard drives. This particular case also has two 120mm fans mounted on the inside of the top lid - facing downward.  I ordered this case by mistake and ended up ordering another Chenbro case.  This one features 8 slots and the one I needed features 7 slots.  This one - with 8 slots would not accommodate the dual redundant Chembro 820w power supplies (model 5820) that I needed to install.

Question 2

Is this compatible with Micro atx and ATX?

Yes very much so. thought it will looked VERY tiny in this case. I currently use an EATX board and its looks so small in this chassis.

Question 3

I'm having a hard time finding 4U power supplies. Am I correct in saying this case must take regular PC type PSUs?

It just takes a regular ATX PSU.

What is the length including the handles?

The dimensions of the CHENBRO RM41300-FS81 are 21.5 inches in height, 16.9 inches in width, and 6.9 inches in depth.

Question 5

Specs list 3x 120mm fans.  if mounts are available, where are they? and will they accommodate a radiator for water cooling?

Accepted Answer

There is one mounted in the left side of the front of the case and the other two are mounted vertically  about mid-case on the top up against the vent you can see in the picture. I had to remove them to install a graphics adapter.

You could probably get a radiator in there if you didn't need a graphics card, or other large expansion card.
