This case is great! 1/2/2017 8:24:48 PM

Pros: -easy access side panels to change out parts.
-see through window to view components.
-cable management gromets everywhere.
-PSU and front intake cleanable air filter.
-plenty of room inside for expansion and plenty of expansion slots for any PCI arrangements, HDD, SSD and optical drives.

Cons: -female usb 3.0 on the front panel just runs two USB 3.0 male plugs to the rear of the machine and out the back to plug into the motherboard. (ugly eyesore and uses up the USB 3.0 slots just to relocate them.)
-Fans that come with the case are 3-pin non-PWM fans and the speeds are not controllable.
-SSD quick mount on top has a close able lid that is just awful and gets stuck and just has bad craftsmanship. I don't use it and keep it closed.
-front panel I/O MOBO adapt er not included.

Overall Review: -YES, I recommend this product to anyone and would definitely buy it again.

Great Case 8/4/2016 1:26:23 PM

Pros: - Had the case for over 3 years now, fans still work like the day I got it.
- I have a cat and the inside seriously stays dust/hair free. Good air pressure.
- Stood a good test of time!

Cons: - I had to buy an aftermarket filter for the top fan. That fan is my exhaust but I didn't want dust falling through the holes. Wish it came with a filter there.

Overall Review: I run the front 200mm and the back 120mm fan on intake and the top 200mm on exhaust and have had zero issues with dust or hair in my case in the past 3 years.

This is a fantastic case! 6/4/2016 6:50:04 PM

Pros: This case is very big and allows plenty of room for upgrading. It has a very sleek design and is easy to set up.

Cons: One of the fan controller plugins was doa but other then that no cons!

Overall Review: I like this case alot and recommend to everyone!

I love this case 5/24/2016 5:01:33 PM

Pros: Accessibility, with latching side panels; front panel USB ports; ease of installation of parts and connectors. SATA dock on top of the case, for temporarily connecting a bare HDD or SSD outside the case. Handsome.

Cons: Mid-tower turns out to be a wee short for my ASUS X99-Deluxe motherboard. Was unable to use brackets 1 & 8 of the case, so for that MoBo there are only 6 slots available. The double cable for front USB 3.0 connectors makes for a lot of thick cable. Fortunately, the availability of adapters, making it possible to connect the USB 3.0 front ports to the header on the MoBo, takes care of some complaints on that front. But that still leaves the problem of too much cable, and thick cable at that. Fortunately, the cable management of the case made it possible to solve that problem also.

Overall Review: I've just seen that this case is being discontinued. I hope they come out with another one just like it, with minor improvements. Best case I've ever seen.

Edit 4/5/2016: I was finally able to mod the front panel issue, using a proper header setup I got by cannibalizing a 350D front panel. (This mod is described on the Corsair forums.) I had been having lots of trouble with the front panel in any case, and after I did the mod, I found out why. When I tested the OEM cables, they turned out to be faulty. One or two wires open or NG on both cables. Still love the case, though.

Edit 5/24/16: one further note, about the SATA dock. This is, so far as I know, the only case with a dock like this, which enables the user to initialize/format/read-write to-from external HDDs without using an enclosure. Really, really handy. It is not plug and play, because the dock is using the same connections as any internal drive; whichever drive is in the bay is treated like a normal drive. The dock will take both 2.5" and 3.5" drives. With the PC turned off, insert the drive in the dock. Then fire up the PC, and you're good to go. I use a lot of outboard drives, and before I put them in their enclosures, I use this dock to initialize and format them.

Fantastic, easy to use and well thought out. 1/18/2016 4:09:34 PM

Pros: This tower was really well thought out in its architecture and the assembly and parts are quality. I wish I had known about this tower when I did my first build.

Cons: none

Great Case and Overall Space 11/1/2015 9:22:56 AM

Pros: Plenty of Air Vents / Easy Access to Inside / Cable Management / 6 USB 3.0 ports.

Cons: Corsair 200mm fans that come with case died after 2 years of use.

Overall Review: This case has been terrific for me. Plenty of space and I mean plenty. For something considered a "mid-tower" case, this thing is pretty much a Full Tower. Cable Management area could be more generous with space but I have a Corsair TX750 PSU which has tons of cables. So trying to stuff them in the side case was a pain but I got the job done.

Highly recommend this case, as it's been available for a long time now and for good reason.

Best looking case is also very well engineered 9/21/2015 7:52:05 PM

Pros: There is everything here to manage a six drive, two video card rig .

Cons: Be careful with the plastic feet. They are surprisingly brittle and an essential part of the case. I broke them, but Corsair's RMA immediately mailed me a replacement part.

Overall Review: Would buy again. Corsair support was right on the money. I saw some reviews saying they had issues with Corsair support. They must have altered their approach because I had no problems in August/September 2015. Very efficient service.

My fave case made on the market 8/6/2015 1:57:50 AM

Pros: IMO in the 4 years ive had the case so far
the true pros are still what i got it for.
-well thought out accommodations
^dust filteres
^rubber gromits
^no thumb screw panels
^window that isnt gaudy
^bottom mount psu with dust filter for intake.
^front hd dock

Its truly easy to build in this case. You can do a lot. Id still recommend a semi/modular psu Since the window is perfect for showing off the hardware even obstructs most hd vision.

I also really like the case because of the high clearance over the motherboard mounting zone...above there is a good amount of room for a 280 rad setup.

For its price when its on sale. You get a good case worth investing in that can pay off water cooling or not you have the option, as well as an hd dock.

Cons: After 2-3 years the 2 big fans died on me. when i replaced the front 200mm i had to remove the hd cages since the "cooler master" fan i got to replace it was thicker. I guess if you got to see some fans in person you could get a correct one.

I guess its a waiting game to see what/when the owner over exerts force to a specific part(most likely plastic) or imo part of the front panel connector. I didnt trust using the fan controller after that

Overall Review: Nice i got 2 140mm noctua fans on the top 1 120mm on the rear. And the NH-d14 on my cpu so its quiet for the moment vs a push pull sound.
I only have 2 wd black 1tb hd, and 1 240gb ssd. So im utilizing 1 hd cage in the lower area and in general it seems ideal for the airflow of the intake to go right into the cpu cooler.

I cant wait to possibly water cool one day when my sandy setup dies and i dont want to support the mobo/cpu socket.

Best case ive built 10+ builds for friends and family. Its the best "gaming" case due to its subtlety as well as its elegance. I did like a few itx cases. But for a full sized rig with the proper airflow/quality to sustain the build.

I5 2500k @4.4ghz
8gb mushkin redline
240gb kingston hyper x ssd
2x 1tb wd black
Radeon HD 7990

NZXT sentry fan controller just for my 4 case fans and it suports 6, if i ever push pull the top. which is ideal
Im just glad my hardware is keeping up with this seemingly timeless computer case
