Is this wireless?

The USB Dolby 7.1 RGB has a wire that ends with a USB connection.  It must be connected to a USB port at all times in order to function.  If you want the wireless version, which is basically identical other than the wire, then look at the "Wireless Dolby 7.1 RGB" version.  In short, if it has USB in the name, then it has a wire.

I keep hearing crackling in all my presets. idk what else to do?

I've had this before as well. If you unplug and plug it back in it solves it for me. (I know sounds like a stupid way to fix it but it worked for me)
