Is the seat cushion hard or soft?

I would classify it as firm. It's not squishy but it's not a board either there is definitely cushion. There is no hard surface underneath it either it is a sling seat which means there are straps that support the cushion not a board.

How long can you sit in this chair for and still feel comfortable? In hours.

I’ve sat in it as long as 4-5hrs at a time for collegr doing assignments and I haven’t felt uncomfortable at all. Note, I did take off that lumbar support pillow and it felt like it gave me way more seat room. With it on, it kinda feels like you’re pushed way too close to the edge of the seat.

What's the difference between this one and the more expensive model?

Not really sure there is much difference. I tried out several gaming chairs at a retail store and then bought the Cougar online. It is comfortable for long sessions and gives good support.

What's the minimum & maximum height? (from floor to seat cushion)

Min = 17 in" to top of cushion 
Max = 21 in" to top of cushion

This goes in and out of stock all the time, but there are no reviews.. what gives? Is it good, or are there like none?
