Any issue using this with a Surface Pro 4? Does it sit fine on a flat table?

No problems with it.  It does sit flat on the table, and is also meant to connect directly to the bottom of the Dell monitor.  Great sound also.

Question 2

How does the speaker get its input? Does it plug into the computer headphone jack?

Accepted Answer

The soundbar connects via USB and presents as an additional audio output device. Similar to how an HDMI based display does, like a TV with speakers. If you're using Windows, you may have to go into control panel and select the soundbar as the audio output device, but in all my installations it's been automatic.

Will the work with my LG computer monitor?

Assuming your LG monitor has USB ports on it, and they are working, then you should have no problem connecting the Sound Bar's USB to one of your monitor's USB inputs.
Just make sure the ports on the monitor are working, and you have an upstream USB connection from the monitor to the PC.

Will this sound bar work with a HP 2011xi monitor?

If you mean, 'will it fit on top of the monitor?', then yes, it sits fairly well on top of even a super thin LCD.

If you mean, 'will it connect to the monitor to play sound?', then that's only a yes if that particular monitor has a USB passthrough to the computer it's connected to. After all, the soundbar is a USB device, and requires either a direct connection to a USB port on the PC tower, or some sort of passthrough.

The holding tabs or clips shown in the pix are 6.75 inches outside clip one to outside clip two.  These would fit into slots in the bottom of a monitor.

Would the soundbar be able to clip onto the Dell SE2717H? Its a rather big monitor and I am uncertain whether it will snap on snug.
