Great Laptop For Certain Applications5/4/2017 2:05:47 AM
Pros: Beautiful UHD Touch Screen, 256G SSD, 2- 40 g bps Thunderbolt ports, Great Touchpad and Keyboard, Easily used as a Tablet,
can be upgraded by the user.
Cons: Poor battery Life, Fixed Screen Position
Overall Review: I'm using this as an entertainment PC. It's hooked to a 4k TV through a 4k yamaha receiver. I bought a Cable Matters dock that has gig ethernet, 4k hdmi port, 2 usb 3.0 ports and a charging port for the laptop. I use it to play movies at 4k and music. It works perfectly in that application. Battery life is about 4 hours. The screen is attached to the keyboard in a fixed position with
magnets. If you bought another dock you could carry it back and forth from work and home.
For some people the poor battery life and fixed position screen would be a reason not to buy.
Dell also has a manual to easily open the the PC and replace the battery or upgrade the SSD.
I love it.
