Does this include the workstation portion?

I saw another owner attempt to answer this question and I have to agree with what their question; they asked, what is meant by the "workstation portion" and I too am confused by that reference.

The unit out of the box holds 2 monitors in the upper portion and the tray, the flat surface in the photo, holds a keyboard and a mouse.  There are also accessories available and I "upgraded" the tray to a more sturdy tray, about the same size as the original tray but without the pullout section for the mouse.  I also added a paper holder accessory that fits at an angle over the slanted black/silver member that holds the keyboard tray; this latter accessory is an absolute must.  Lastly, I added a hinge accessory to pivot my monitors; out of the box, the monitors are in a fixed position.  This accessory is a personal preference and not at all necessary; the unit seems more stable with the out of the box configuration.

If the "workstation portion" refers to the CPU, then no, that is not in any way attached to this product.  The CPU is separate and cables for the monitors and the monitor's power are attached to the unit using cable ties.  The cable design is very nice and the cables travel up and down nicely when in stand-up or sit down mode.

Question 2

How much clearance on the desk bottom surface from the edge is required to clamp the device?

You will need a minimum of 4" - that's it. BTW, I love this product, but be sure to have a rubber mat to stand on, it will help with fatigue. Also, if you are getting the dual monitor version consider the swing arm, I wish I had gotten it for mine. It would be helpful when going over information with others, which I rarely do, but still wish I had it.

Question 3

I need to see specs for the height and how much does the screw mechanism below go down? I have 3 monitors and wanted to see if i could get 3 monitors attached?
also when in the sitting position how low does the keyboard go below the desk top. I am 6'3" and I do not want it to go too low because i need it higher like table top height.

Height is tricky, as it rises and you may or may not want the tray below desk height (I do not). Fully lowered, the crossbar is ~13.5" on-center above the desk surface. Therefore, it's ~36" on-center fully raised. I am also 6'3" and I just never fully lower it--I tend to leave it a bit below desktop height because my Goldtouch keyboard has a very high 'arch' between its left and right halves; a flatter keyboard would cause me to tend to leave it slightly above desktop height.

The screw bracket descends ~3.5" below the desk surface. The screw handle itself descends further depending on desk surface thickness (obviously); but with a VERY thin surface, it won't descend below the 3.5" of the bracket. At maximum thickness (~2.125" thick desk surface) it will descend another ~1.5" below its bracket (~5" total). Given that the shelf 'pushes' you away from the desk edge by at least a foot, there's little or no risk of barking your shin on either the bracket or its screw handle. Watch your head when routing cables, though! (OWCH!)

Given how the crossbar works and its relatively narrow width, I doubt that you could fit three monitors on it. Look for an Ergotron variation for that. One could POSSIBLY do four monitors 2x2 with a custom bracket.

WORTH NOTING: I had our machine shop fabricate two brackets to raise the center of my portrait-oriented, 24" monitors upwards 6", so that they would align with my natural eye level. Taller users like you (~5'10"+) will probably want to do the same, or you will be inclined to slouch to regain alignment, which totally defeats the ergonomics! Two simple plates with VESA100 hole patterns at each end, separated by ~4", and you're done (assuming thick stock; thinner stock requires reinforcements and a little creativity).

Question 4

IF I have two LCD monitors which are 27 or 29 inch in size (diagonal measurement) and if I want to mount one monitor in landscape and the other in portrait orientation, is that possible with your Fit stand?

Although it allows you to turn one 90-degrees, the specs say LCD Size: <=22"

You *might* be able to get a 27" to barely hold on. But with enough room to also rotate? I doubt it.
