What kind of fan sizes can you put inside?

I just built a unit and used two 80mm fans for the front intake and two 60mm fans for the rear exhaust.

Does this chassis allow full size graphics cards to be installed?

If you have a 3U or larger chassis & the add-in slots are perpendicular to mobo, then yes. To get full size in 2U or smaller, you will need to get slots that are parallel w/ the mobo. Any other will be short slots, unless you are dealing w/ a customer spec'd chassis.

what power supply provides both front to back circulation and enough sata connection to power drives in all 7 drive bays?

The power supply mount looked like it only supported ATX or maybe SFX PSUs. I have an ATX PSU in mine and it works fine. There isn't a ton of front to back airflow, but mine is in a water loop, so not something really impacting me personally.
