Can the left and right doors be removed?

Yes, the right and left doors are removable. A small flat blade screwdriver is inserted into a slot or indentation in the hinge pins (two, one at top and one at bottom of door) then slide hinge pin which is spring loaded out of hinge pin hole in the chassis. Watch for a small spacer washer so as not to lose it. This washer was on the bottom hinge pin. You may have to first view the hinge pins with a magnifying glass and small flashlight to see what you need to do.

Is it coming w/ rails or is it a fixed tipe mount ?

From what I've read, you can buy separately TC-RAIL-20, TC-RAIL-24, or the TC-RAIL-26 kit. Depends on the depth of your server rack. (The number is the depth that the kit works with.)
