Are the rear fan mounts 120mm or 80mm?

There are two spaces for 80mm fans on the rear. One fan is provided. The only 120mm fan slot is behind the left front side of the case.

It does come with motherboard standoffs, 14 of them if I counted correctly. It has more than enough hardware for anything I've ever installed in it.
