Hi, I ordered this before, but in US. Is that ok to send this server case to China directly?

Hello Henry, yes we do ship to China but to get this specific listing it has to be purchased from our Newegg Global website assigned for your country (I provided a link below). If you were trying to buy from the US website to ship to China I am afraid we cannot ship it that way since we require that any items purchased from the main US newegg.com website have to be purchased using a US based payment method that has a US billing address to be shipped to an address in the US.
