Q1: The vacuum delivered has no power and doesn't pick up anything.

* Possible reasons:
? It wasn't fully charged before first use.
? The filter is dirty or not put in correctly.
? The dust cup is full or not attached properly.
? Solutions:
1. Please give it a full charge for 4-5 hours before using it for the first time.
2. Check the filter, give it a clean, and make sure it's installed correctly.
3. Empty the dust cup and snap it back into place securely.
Q2: Suction power is weaker than expected. Why isn’t it picking up dirt well?
