Pros: Pretty Resolution for work or gaming Amazingly wide for Microsoft Excel and screen-share meetings LED Color Quality, deep blacks etc. USB-C + many ports. HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4 94watt Usb-C. Speakers built-in Thin bezel Adjustable height and stable stand No trouble with Starcraft 2/Halo/AOE 3. 100hz is plenty, most PC's may not even have a good enough Graphics card to bottleneck 3440x1440 at 100hz. Worked seamlessly with my WavLink 5K dual-monitor docking hub.
Cons: Too(ish) wide for gaming, lots of head-turning. 16:9 Aspect Ratio would be better. 35inches at 21:9 makes it so you need to sit far away to see the edges, but since it's not 16:9 being that far away makes text harder to read. You'll spend time fiddling with the monitor settings and display resolutions. Manual reading recommended to optimize picture and there are very few youtube videos about this monitor so you're on your own.
Overall Review: I would highly recommend it. If I were to do it again, I personally would go with a 34in 16:9 for my next monitor so I would not buy again, but I would buy another LG. Quality and the back panel with all the ports you could want make this a big winner.
