What is the difference of these vs. RWH-001 other than the memory foam and slight shape difference?

The drivers (speakers) in the earcups are exactly the same, however the RWH-001 are meant to be over-ear headphones while the RWH-002 are on-ear. Also the RWH-001s have rotatable earcups.
