This cable has a USB Micro-B connector.  USB connectors you typically see for pcs are Mini-B.

Just search for "USB connectors", and go to the USB Wiki.

Scroll down to Connectors section.  Note that there are 2 Micro connectors, be sure you get the right one.  Fortunately, these cables are very cheap.

USB standards are not measured in inches, per the standard, but you can do the math
