Does it work with Windows 10?

I"m on Windows 10 now.  I didn't intentionally install drivers but they show up fine in windows 10.  I can tell you that the mic and headphones work just fine without extra drivers.  If you want any of the special functionality you would probably have to go out to Logitech site and download what you need.

looking for these, want to know if they are noise cancelling as well?

I believe you have to use the voice morphing for the noise cancelling to be active. I don't use voice morphing but the headset works great. I play a lot of Left for Dead 2 addon campaigns and I can hear things before most of my friends I play with.  I like these so much I bought one for my son and an extra one just in case mine breaks and I can't find another to purchase.  You will not be disappointed.

I have had a issue with old headphones, i have a bigger then average head, meaning all the headphones ive gotten i put all the way, and still their abit tight, also, all of them made of plastic in some of the most needed parts, they ussauly break withen a year , never hitting 2 years, so i am thinking of buyying these, but problem is, are they metal? plastic? thick plastic? big? able to extend well?

The extendable portions are fairly thick, somewhat flexible metal, while the part holding this together is tough, rubberized plastic.

I had some issues starting out with it, as the metal bands, when fully extended, clamped down around my ears somewhat tightly, giving me headaches and soreness around my sinuses. After some use, this became less and less noticeable, so either the size of my head stretched the bands enough to make it comfortable, or I simply grew used to having a compression band around my ears.

The speaker portions do seem to be made of moderately frail plastic, so I recommend treating it with care, but overall it was worth the price for the features and having a relatively solid headset. The microphone is rubberized and can be flexed slightly to better position it, and moving it to the upward position mutes it.

Would you say that this headset is exactly the same as the g430 except this headset has the customizable buttons on the ear.

If not what are the major differences between the two?

i would say it is almost the same other than the g35 using only usb for its simulated 7.1. This headset basically has its own built in sound card. This seems like a good idea but it causes more problems than anything. Logitech support is non existent so if you are fine with potentially throwing away 85 dollars this isnt a proble. The headset is well made and is comfortable but the hardware/software problems are more of a headache than any headset could give me. The g430 uses an analog interface so that should be more dependable.

How bad is the cord tangle?  My Razer headset is a menace even though I am careful with them.

I've only had minimal tangle with my pair. The majority of the time it's because I get up and down a lot and end up twisting it inadvertently. The cord is pretty thick though, so its harder to tangle than other headsets I've used.

Is this compatible with windows 10?

Yeah I have been using the G35 since I started using windows 10.  You just need to make sure you are using the latest software from logitech.

I have a very small head will this still fit me and will it be comfortable?

It should accommodate even the smallest of heads because of its 7 adjustable positions.  If you where glasses it can sometimes rub on your ears a bit so be wary of that.

Do these headphones work on with the Xbox one??

Forgive my console ignorance...  if Xbox one has bluetooth or USB output for sound, they'll work.

Are these noise cancelling speakers? I need something that no one will be able to hear but me. Right now my headset is very loud to outside observers.

The G930 has a sidetone slider in the Logitech Gaming Software. I noticed that the G35 uses the same software, but does it also have that same sidetone slider? Or can monitoring only be enabled via Control Panel/Sound/Recording?

Yes... Anything the G930 has the G35 has..   Basically the G930 is just the wireless version of the G35. I've had both and I will say that you get better sound quality with the G35. The sound is clearer and you have less outside noise with the G35. I am currently using the G930 and I regret buying these. They cut out constantly. It's very frustrating when you are listing to someone talk via game or live chat and you miss out on what they've said because the sound cuts out.. (even when the wire is connected) It's just not reliable at all.
