Yes, it will.  X-Plane 11 will actually show a picture of the yolk and throttles to make it easy to program.

Question 2

There are 2 pictures, one of which has rudder pedals.  The description doesn't mention.  Is this the yoke, throttle box, and rudder pedals?  Also, will this plug n play with Flight Gear?

This doesn't include rudder pedals. It's only the yoke and throttle controls. There are all sorts of other peices that can be purchased separately like the ruddar pedals, radio stack, and other instrument panel components. I can't help with the Flight Gear question though.

I have Elite flight simulator software I wonder if this GSaitek PRO will work or is compatible with window 10? if anybody can answer my question please  I appreciated.

Yes this will work with window 10 and if you want more efficiency you need to mod the yoke a little bit for the dead zone

What is the 5v 17a outlet after the port where the throttle cable is connected? I didn't see any adapter in the box/?

Back in FSX days, I had multi and flight panels plugged in to USB slots on back of the yoke, the multi switch panel need to be connected to a 2a or backward capable 3a usb (powered) which the 5v 17a adapter provided. My present PC has both types of USB so no problems just plugging everything in. (using XP-11). Hope this helps. also XP- Forum provides many tips.

Yes, it does. You will need to do some programming with the yoke and throttles but it works great.

I don't use xbox for my flight simulator so I would not be the best person to ask about the functionality in that platform.

You attach it to his computer, which presumably has flight simulator software. This is just a controller (like a mouse or a joystick, just fancier).
