Is this safe for sensitive electronics and computer hardware?

My assistant and I both purchased this vacuum for this very reason.  We will periodically come into one of the businesses under our IT management and PM each of the PCs.  We take the covers off and remove all hardware and clean each piece.

As far as PCs go, just unplug the PC and then release any static charge in the capacitors by pressing the power button a few times (while power is unplugged).  Once this is done, using the vacuum is VERY safe.  I prefer this method as apposed to canned air, which simply blows dust and dirt from one place to another and doesn't really "clean" anything.

Can this be used to remover toner from a printer and where can additional bags be purchased?
