Other sites show that the New 3DS doesn't come with a power charger . Does the one here on Newegg come with it or do I have to order it separately?

It will not come with a charger so you will have to order it separately. It was Nintendo's decision not to include it.

It it worth it to get the new one with the enhancments if I have not previously owned a 3ds or should I save the money and get an older version?  I have heard good things about the c stick.

If you don't already have a 3DS, get this one. It leaves the other 3DS models in the dust.

The C-Stick is fantastic. It works for every game that used the old Circle Pad Pro. However, while the Circle Pad Pro was very cumbersome, the C-Stick feels natural. I can't imagine playing games like Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate without it.

As for the 3D effect, it is night and day. While the older 3DS models had 3D, it was hard to use. You had to look at it just right, and the effect would often break. With the New 3DS XL, however, that almost never happens. The Face Tracking 3D on the New 3DS makes it possible to actually use the 3D at all times. The only time I ever turn it off is to use the gyroscope.

At $200, the New 3DS XL isn't that much more than its predecessors. Go with the best. Go with New.

Can you play pre-recorded movies off the SD card(.mov, mpeg)?
