I know the best HDMI cables are made of pure copper or silver-coated copper. What is this cable made of?  (Copper is best for frequency, silver-coated for color)

You have access to the same specifications I do.  What I can say is that I replaced some older HS HDMI cables with this one, and I saw improvement if picture quality on my higher quality 3D TV.  I have not tried this on 4K.

No, cheap quality. Go with something a little more pricey. I dont imagine these to last very long and seems like the connections are kinda loose as well.
