No, its just a replacement headset. If I were you I would get another device base and headset because now I need another headset. The new one was broken within a month. Its the telephone connector that breaks everytime. When I purchased the Plantronics Phone my first order everythimg was included.  But to answer your question this specific listing is just a replacement headset
